اختتمت جمعية البيرة الخيرية مشروع رفع القدرات البشرية والمادية والتنظيمية للجمعية لتعزيز كفاءة تنفيذ مشاريع الدعم الاجتماعي للسيدات / تماسك والممول من Chemonics UK خلال الاربع اشهر الماضية
حيث نفذت الجمعية سلسلة من الخطوات التطويرية التي أسهمت في رفع أدائها المؤسسي بشكل ملحوظ، وذلك عبر المحاور التالية:
1. تحديث شامل لكافة السياسات والأنظمة الإدارية والمالية والتشغيلية، بما في ذلك النظامين الأساسي والداخلي، وذلك بمساعدة نخبة من المستشارين المختصين.
2. تطوير الخطة الاستراتيجية للجمعية (2025-2027) لتتواءم مع مستجدات التنمية المجتمعية والاحتياجات المحلية، مما عزز من قدرتها على التخطيط طويل الأمد وتحقيق الاستدامة.
3. استحداث وحدة متخصصة لجمع التبرعات (Fundraising Unit) تتولى تنسيق عمليات التمويل، تطوير مقترحات المشاريع، وبناء العلاقات مع الجهات المانحة.
4. إعداد أدلة إرشادية متخصصة، أبرزها:
o دليل تأسيس وتطوير المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
o دليل الحماية الاجتماعية للفئات الهشة.
o دليل إجراءات إدارة المشاريع، لتوحيد العمليات وتعزيز الجودة والكفاءة التشغيلية وطباعة مئات النسخ الورقية منها.
5. رفع كفاءة الفريق الإداري والوظيفي من خلال حصول عدد من أعضائه على شهادات PMD Pro الدولية في إدارة المشاريع التنموية.
6. تطوير الهيكل التنظيمي للجمعية ليشمل عدة وحدات وليستجيب للاحتياجات الفعلية للجمعية .
7. تأسيس قاعة تدريبية مخصصة (قاعة الحوار الذكي )
8. توريد العديد من الاجهزة الالكترونية والشاشات التفاعلية لتعزيز القدرات اللوجستية الخاصة بأعمال الجمعية ورفع كفاءة التدريبات.
ولم تغفل الجمعية عن تعزيز هويتها المؤسسية وصورتها العامة؛ حيث قامت بإنتاج فيديو تعريفي احترافي يُبرز إنجازاتها وأثرها المجتمعي، و تصميم مطوية تعريفية ثنائية اللغة (عربية – إنجليزية) تُعرض فيها أنشطتها ومجالات عملها بشكل احترافي يستهدف جمهورًا محليًا ودوليًا.
Al-Bireh Charity Association concluded the project “Enhancing the Association’s Human, Material, and Organizational Capacities to Improve the Efficiency of Implementing Social Support Projects for Women / Tamasuk,” funded by Chemonics UK, during the past four months.
During this period, the association implemented a series of developmental steps that contributed to a noticeable improvement in its institutional performance, through the following axes:
1-A comprehensive update of all administrative, financial, and operational policies and systems, including the basic and internal bylaws, with the assistance of a group of specialized consultants.
2-Development of the association’s strategic plan (2025–2027) to align with developments in community development and local needs, which enhanced its capacity for long-term planning and achieving sustainability.
3-Establishment of a specialized Fundraising Unit responsible for coordinating funding processes, developing project proposals, and building relationships with donor entities.
4-Preparation of specialized guidance manuals, most notably:
– A guide for the establishment and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
-A social protection guide for vulnerable groups.
-A project management procedures guide, aimed at unifying processes and enhancing quality and operational efficiency, and printing hundreds of paper copies.
5-Enhancing the efficiency of the administrative and functional team through a number of its members obtaining international PMD Pro certificates in development project management.
6-Development of the association’s organizational structure to include several units and to respond to the actual needs of the association.
7-Establishment of a dedicated training hall (Smart Dialogue Hall).
8-Procurement of a number of electronic devices and interactive screens to enhance the logistical capacities of the association’s work and improve the efficiency of training activities.
The association also did not overlook strengthening its institutional identity and public image; it produced a professional introductory video highlighting its achievements and community impact, and designed a bilingual (Arabic–English) informational brochure presenting its activities and fields of work in a professional manner targeting a local and international audience.
