نفذت جمعية البيرة الخيرية اجتماعًا مميزًا في مقرها بحضور ممثّلين من جميع الجمعيات الشريكة وممثلين من جمعية إنقاذ الطفل الأردن، وذلك ضمن فعاليات برنامج سبل العيش الخاص بمشروع مسارات امنة ومستدامة للحد من عمالة الاطفال .
واستهدف الاجتماع 13 سيدة تم اختيارهن من لواء دير علا ولواء الشونة الجنوبية بعد مشاركتهن في جلسات سبل العيش على مدار عدة أيام، حيث أتيحت لكل سيدة الفرصة لعرض أفكار مقتراحات مشاريعها وخططها المستقبلية بشكل فردي. وقد شكّل هذا اللقاء فرصة حقيقية لتقييم مقتراحات مشاريعهن واختيار السيدات المستحقات للحصول على دعم فعلي لتطوير مقترحات مشاريعهن وتحويلها إلى أعمال صغيرة مستدامة، ما يتيح لهن تحقيق دخل ثابت وتحسين ظروف أسرهن المعيشية.
وخلال المقابلات، تم التركيز على استكشاف إمكانيات مقترحات المشاريع، تحديد الاحتياجات والموارد اللازمة، ومناقشة التحديات المحتملة، مع تقديم المشورة والتوجيه اللازم لكل سيدة لمساعدتها على بناء مشروع قوي وقابل للاستدامة. كما ساهم الاجتماع في تعزيز التعاون بين الشركاء ومشاركة الخبرات لضمان تقديم أفضل دعم ممكن للمستفيدات من البرنامج.
Al-Bireh Charity Association held a distinguished meeting at its headquarters with representatives from all partner associations and representatives from Save the Children Jordan, as part of the Livelihoods Program under the Safe and Sustainable Pathways project to reduce child labor.
The meeting targeted 13 women selected from Deir Alla and Al-Shuna Al-Janoubiya districts, after their participation in Livelihoods sessions over several days. Each woman was given the opportunity to present her project ideas and future plans individually. This meeting provided a real opportunity to evaluate their project proposals and select the women eligible to receive actual support to develop their project ideas into sustainable small businesses, enabling them to earn a stable income and improve their families’ living conditions.
During the interviews, the focus was on exploring the feasibility of project proposals, identifying necessary needs and resources, and discussing potential challenges, while providing advice and guidance to each woman to help her build a strong and sustainable project. The meeting also contributed to enhancing collaboration among partners and sharing expertise to ensure the best possible support for the program beneficiaries.
