في إطار سعيها الدائم لدعم العملية التعليمية وتعزيز مهارات الكوادر التربوية، نظمت جمعية البيرة الخيرية يوم السبت الموافق 15/11/2025 ورشة تدريبية مميزة تحت عنوان “القصة المسموعة وسيلة تعليمية”. تأتي هذه الورشة ضمن جهود الجمعية المتواصلة للتطوير التربوي، وبالتعاون مع مؤسسة رنين ممثلة بالفاضلة روان بركات، وذلك ضمن منحة مساق رنين المتخصص في أدوات التعلم التفاعلي، وبدعم كريم من بنك الاتحاد.
وقد استهدفت الورشة عشرة معلمات من معلمات المراحل الأساسية في قضاء عيرا ويرقا، بالإضافة إلى فريق عمل الجمعية، لتزويدهن بالمهارات اللازمة لتوظيف القصة المسموعة كأداة تعليمية فعّالة داخل الصفوف الدراسية.
وتناولت الورشة مجموعة من المواضيع المهمة، من بينها كيفية استخدام القصة المسموعة لبناء مهارات الطلبة المختلفة، وصياغة أسئلة محفّزة للتفكير، إضافة إلى توظيف تقنيات الدراما والدمى أثناء الحصص الدراسية، وتصميم جلسات استماع تفاعلية تشجع الطلاب على المشاركة والانخراط في عملية التعلم بشكل ممتع وفعّال.
وأكدت جمعية البيرة الخيرية أن هذه المبادرة تأتي كجزء من مسؤوليتها المجتمعية، وتهدف إلى تمكين المعلمات من الاستفادة من أدوات التعلم الحديثة لتطوير مهارات الطلبة وتعزيز بيئة تعليمية محفزة. كما شددت على أهمية استمرار مثل هذه البرامج التدريبية لدعم المعلمات في رحلتهن التعليمية، ورفع جودة العملية التعليمية في المدارس التابعة للقضاء.
As part of its ongoing efforts to support the educational process and enhance the skills of educational staff, Al-Bireh Charity Association organized a distinguished training workshop on Saturday, 15/11/2025, titled “The Audio Story as an Educational Tool.” This workshop is part of the association’s continuous efforts in educational development, in collaboration with Raneen Foundation, represented by Ms. Rawan Barakat, and within the framework of the Raneen Course Grant specializing in interactive learning tools, with generous support from Union Bank.
The workshop targeted ten teachers from the primary stages in Ira and Yirqa District, in addition to the association’s team, aiming to equip them with the necessary skills to utilize audio stories as an effective educational tool in the classroom.
The workshop covered a range of important topics, including how to use audio stories to build students’ various skills, formulate thought-provoking questions, employ drama and puppet techniques during lessons, and design interactive listening sessions that encourage students to participate and engage in the learning process in an enjoyable and effective way.
Al-Bireh Charity Association emphasized that this initiative is part of its social responsibility and aims to empower teachers to benefit from modern learning tools to develop students’ skills and enhance a stimulating educational environment. The association also stressed the importance of continuing such training programs to support teachers in their educational journey and improve the quality of the educational process in the schools of the district.
