ضمن جهودها المستمرة في تطوير الكفاءات المهنية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، نظمت جمعية البيرة الخيرية تدريباً مهنيًا يوم الخميس الموافق 13/11/2025، بإدارة الأخصائية القديرة روان الفاعور. يهدف هذا التدريب إلى تعزيز المهارات العملية وتطوير الأداء في مختلف مجالات العمل الاجتماعي، بما يساهم في رفع مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للفئات المستفيدة.
وشملت الدورة مجموعة من الأنشطة العملية والنقاشات التفاعلية التي مكنت المشاركات من تبادل الخبرات واكتساب أدوات وتقنيات حديثة تدعم العمل الاجتماعي بشكل فعّال. ويأتي هذا التدريب ضمن سلسلة المبادرات التي تنفذها الجمعية لتطوير كوادرها وتمكينهم من مواجهة التحديات المهنية بكفاءة عالية.
As part of its ongoing efforts to develop the professional competencies of social workers, Al-Bireh Charity Association organized a professional training session on Thursday, 13/11/2025, led by the esteemed specialist Rawan Al-Faour. This training aims to enhance practical skills and improve performance in various fields of social work, contributing to raising the quality of services provided to beneficiary groups.
The course included a series of practical activities and interactive discussions, enabling participants to exchange experiences and acquire modern tools and techniques that effectively support social work. This training is part of a series of initiatives implemented by the association to develop its staff and empower them to face professional challenges with high efficiency.
